Four Nations Stamp Exhibition in Malacca, Malaysia

After philatelic exhibitions bringing together three countries (Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore) held in Thailand in 2011, Singapore in 2012 and Malaysia in 2013, the first exhibition extended to four countries (with Indonesia) was organized in 2014 in Bandung, Indonesia.
In 2015, Malaysia chaired the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) and, as such, organized the second edition of this "Four Nations Stamp Exhibition", from 4 to December 6, 2015, in the city of Malacca, the only city in the country housing a Stamp Museum.
On this occasion, the Malaysian Post issued on December 4, 2015, a series of 4 stamps + 1 souvenir sheet.

A big thank you Khor for these two official FDCs respectively about these 4 stamps (above) and this souvenir sheet (below), with postmarks mentioning "Dataran Pahlawan" ("Heroes' Square") where this stamp show was organized in Malacca !
Stamps are canceled with the postmark of the first day of this exhibition, two different postmarks having been issued on 5 and 6 December 2015.
This postmark is featuring some iconic monuments of the 4 countries (also present on the background on these 4 stamps and m/s) : Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Merlion statue in Singapore, a Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai (Thailand) and one of the Prambanan temples (Indonesia).
The other cachet applied to these two envelopes depicts the logo of this exhibition, also present on the left, with the slogan "Friendship through philately".

Each of these 4 stamps (60 sen) depicts a traditional attire (man and woman) in each country, a set that is also featured on the interesting unperforated souvenir sheet (RM 3) above.
The different costumes in the spotlight here (man and woman) are : "Baju Melayu" and "Baju Kebaya" for Malaysia, "Kesatrian Ageng" and "Putri Jogja" for Indonesia, "Tangzhuang" and "Cheongsam" for Singapore, "Suea Bhraratcha-than" and "Thai Chakkraphat" for Thailand.
