"64th Philapostel General Assembly in Saint-Denis-d'Oléron" ATM stamp

Since 2011, Philapostel, the first Philatelic Association of France (2500 members), has been used to put into circulation a special "LISA" ATM stamp on the occasion of its General Assembly.
After Tregunc in 2011, Arèches in 2012, Bussang in 2013, Murol in 2014 and La Londe-les-Maures in 2015, the 64th Philapostel General Assembly was held this year on 3 and 4 June 2016 in Saint-Denis-d'Oléron, a town located on the northern tip of the island of Oléron (Charente-Maritime).
Two personalized stamps and various philatelic souvenirs were issued on this occasion as well as this new LISA (offset thermic paper LISA 2) designed by Joël Lemaine (print run : 30,000).
A philatelic exhibition and a mail art competition were also organized during this 2016 meeting.

I was lucky enough to receive this LISA ("Green Letter" postal rate) on the special cover above sent the first day of issue from Saint-Denis-d'Oléron. Thank you very much André !
Joël Lemaine, artist born in Saint-Pierre in 1954 and author of several stamps for Saint Pierre & Miquelon, also designed the special cancellation above.
He was kind enough to sign this envelope, thank you !
This LISA is featuring different attractions linked to this island of Oléron, in particular the bridge (2862 meters long) connecting the island to mainland for 50 years, Fort Boyard (a fortification built in 1857 off the center-north coast of the island), the Chassiron lighthouse (1836, 46 meters high) located at the north end of the island of Oléron, as well as an oyster reminding that the Marennes-Oléron basin is one of the main oyster refining and production centers in Europe.
