EUROPA 2017 (Castles) stamp set on cover from Kosovo

Since 2006 (the country had not yet declared its independence and was under the administration of the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo), stamps with the same theme as the official EUROPA series are put into circulation every year by the Post of Kosovo.
Variably, these stamps mentioned (or not) the wording of that theme or the mention EUROPA, without including however the EUROPA logo, Kosovo being not a member of the PostEurop association, managing these EUROPA stamps.
On May 9, 2017, two stamps + one souvenir sheet were issued, devoted to the EUROPA 2017 theme, castles ("kështjella" in Albanian).

The two stamps of this series were used on the letter above sent on May 12, 2017 from the town of Fushë Kosovë (Kosovo Polje in Serbian), located 8 km southwest of Pristina, the capital. Thank you very much Sabri!
Designed by A. Nimani and printed each in a sheet of 10 stamps, these two stamps evoke respectively the castrum of the Roman archeological site of Ulpiana (€ 1.00) and the fortress of Prizren (€ 2.00).
Ulpiana, formerly the capital of the Roman province of Dardania, had its golden age in the 3rd and 4th centuries, thanks to its strategic location, deposits of precious metals and fertile soil.
Called Justiniana Secunda during the Byzantine era, this site has been classified as an archaeological park in 2016.
The medieval fortress of Prizren was built from the 11th century and still overlooks today the old part of this city located in the south of the country.
This site had a great importance when the city was a capital of the Serbian Empire in the 14th century then Ottomans occupied it for several centuries before being abandoned following their departure during the first Balkan war of 1912-13.
