50 years of Organised Philatelic Movement in Moldova - special prepaid card

On the occasion of the World Post Day, celebrated around the world every 9th of October (on the initiative of the UPU), the Post of Moldova has put into circulation this year a prepaid postcard dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Organised Philatelic Movement in Moldova ("Mișcarea filatelică moldovenească organizată").
I do not know exactly what this anniversary is referring to, maybe the creation of the first philatelic association in 1967?
Designed by Maria Maximenco, this card (print run: 1,000, selling price: L 4.00) is composed of a pre-printed stamp (L 1.30 - current price for domestic "simple" postcard) including 2 pages of an album, one on the left representing 5 stamps issued in USSR having Moldova for topic and one on the right showing some stamps issued by the Post of Moldova since independence in 1991.

Thank you very much Nicolae for this nice card, with its First Day cancellation of October 9, 2017 from Chişinău (MD-2012)!
The illustration on the left shows various philatelic documents issued by the Post of Moldova since 1991: maxicards, FDCs, postcards, prepaid envelopes and cards...
To note this mention "Vâ invitâm în lumea filateliei!" meaning "We invite you to the world of philately!", what a good idea!
On October 9, 2017, another postmark (applied above to the left of the stamp) was put into circulation on the occasion of the Letter Week ("Săptămâna scrisorii"), held from 9 to 14 October 2017.
Postmarks dedicated to this Letter Week had already been issued in the past, from 1994 to 2011 and then in 2013 and 2014.

We can see these 3 different cancellations on the back of this card above.
Nicolae used another stamp (L 12.00) on the back of this envelope above, being part of a series (2 stamps) designed by Ralf Vogel and issued on November 21, 1992, devoted to the admission of Moldova to the UN.
Like all stamps issued in Moldova between June 23, 1991 and August 2, 1993, these stamps were denominated in rubles. On February 1, 2006, these stamps were put back into circulation with a Lei nominal value.
